La Perle A-Dorée, established in Ronse, Belgium, is responsible for the processing of personal data as set out in this privacy statement.

I process your personal data because you use my services, because goods are bought or sold, or because you provide this personal data to us yourself. Below you find an overview of the personal data I process:

  • address;

  • other personal data actively provided by you, for example, by creating a profile on my website, in correspondence, and by telephone;
  • bank account number.

Special and/or sensitive personal data I process

My website and/or service does not have the intention to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16, unless consent has been given by their parents or guardian. However, I am unable to check whether a visitor is aged 16 or over. I therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that I have collected personal data about a minor without this consent, please contact us via la.perle.a.doree@gmail.com and we will remove this information.

For which purpose and on which basis we process personal data?

I process your personal data for the following purposes

  • handling your payment;
  • sending our newsletter and/or advertising brochure;
  • being able to call or email you if this is necessary for the performance of our services or for dealing with a purchase or a sale of goods;
  • offering you the option to create an account;
  • delivering products and services to you.

How long I keep personal data:

I do not keep your personal data longer than is strictly necessary for achieving the purposes for which your data is collected.

Sharing of personal data with third parties

I do not sell your data to third parties and will only provide it if this is necessary for the performance of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. To ensure a same level of security and confidentiality of your data I conclude a processing agreement with companies that process your data on my behalf. I will at all times be responsible for this processing.

Cookies, or similar techniques, that I use

I only use technical and functional cookies, as well as analytical cookies that do not infringe on your privacy. A cookie is a small text file that is saved to your computer, tablet or smartphone at your first visit to this website. The cookies we use are necessary for the technical functioning of the website and your ease of use. They enable the website to function properly and remember e.g. your preferred settings. They also allow us to optimise our website. You can unsubscribe from cookies by adjusting the settings of your internet browser so that it does not store cookies anymore. You can also remove all information that was stored before through the settings of your browser.

Access to, adjustment or removal of data

You have the right to access, correct or remove your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw any permission for the data processing or object to the processing of your personal data by me and you are entitled to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to me to forward the personal data I have of you in a computer file to you or to another organisation, named by you. You can send a request for access, correction, removal, data portability of your personal data or a request for withdrawal of your permission or objection to the processing of your personal data to Contact. To make sure that the request for access was made by you I ask you to send a copy of your identity card together with your request. Black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (CSN) in this copy for the protection of your privacy. I will respond as soon as possible, but no later than within four weeks, to your request. I would like to point out to you that you also have the option to lodge a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the European Data Protection Supervisor. I take the protection of your data seriously and take appropriate precautions to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorised modification.
